About Strati

We think tiramisu can do more.

Strati was created with a simple idea: take a dessert people already love and give it the attention it deserves.

With an Italian chef at the helm, we bring a deep respect for the original while giving it our own point of view. We’re here to elevate the everyday dessert scene with tiramisu that is made properly, from scratch, with exceptional ingredients, and without unnecessary fuss.

We don’t just assemble layers. We make them.

We make our own mascarpone. Our biscuits are baked specifically for our tiramisu, nothing like the standard Savoiardi you’ve had before. And our nuts are sourced for flavour, texture and quality, because the details matter when there are only a few ingredients on the plate.

The result is indulgent without being heavy, familiar without being predictable, and easy to enjoy whether you’re finishing a meal, grabbing a strati cup for the table, or simply treating yourself.
